Charlie Cipriani
Charlie is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer who has worked in small business environments as well as for fortune 500 companies. During his time as an IT consultant, he has been exposed to a variety of different business environments ranging from software companies through manufacturing companies. Charlie has also built and maintained data centers for various companies while creating backup solutions for disaster recovery and keeping data integrity. He has done everything from general desktop PC support to maintaining network switches and firewalls. Charlie is a graduate from Western Connecticut State University.

Russ Wilson
Russ has close to 20 years experience in the PC/Network industry. Russ has helped build, run and maintain companies Data Centers that included centralized Citrix Farms that were essential in making business operations run through all satellite offices.
Russ has experience in all facets of IT, from one workstation setup /configuration to multiple server / platform Data Center integration and maintenance. Russ has also installed and implemented various VPN, Security and Application solutions to fit various company's needs. Russ is a graduate of Western Conncticut State University.
